In all reality this isn't a custom built intercooler if you think about it. Its actually the exact same core 3.5" x 18" x 6" that we've used for YEARS. Overall length, end tank to end tank is 19.75" and the overall length bracket to bracket is 20.50". The end tanks are cast aluminum and have an inlet/outlet of 2.50" and also an inlet/outlet of 3.00"
We've used these intercoolers for years on the LS1 street systems, the Impala systems, our 2005+ Mustang systems and even my Honda :yrofl:. Its a great intercooler for 400RWHP-600RWHP car.
This intercooler came off a dragster so it probably has under 100 passes on it.
